Description
USE
Our OSMOTEX 2880 range is designed for a continuous long-term use and for a maximum working pressure of 28 bars ; please consult our technical services for superior working pressures.
Our housings are compatible with 8” spiral membranes, only the production end caps are specific, the inter-connectors (reference 14*) are provided by the membrane supplier.
PLASTICON FRANCE will assist the buyer to determine whether this standard housing is suitable or not, according to particular service conditions. The buyer remains responsible for the final choice. Special materials are available on demand.
– Respect the recommendations given in our starting and use procedure (SAV.E.01) and our assembly instructions (SAV.E.02).
– Preferably, use our OSMORACK brackets.
– The conveyed fluid’s pressure can not exceed 9 bars at 49°C in the permeate end caps.
– Change all the seals when disassembling the buffers.
– Do not tolerate leaks or the possibility for the closing systems to be humidified on a regular basis.
For each delivery, a packing list will be included.
For any later spare parts order, the buyer shall refer to this packing list and precise :
– The PLASTICON FRANCE registration number,
– The pressure housing’s reference,
